Return and Refund Policy

All pieces from Meilin Ceramics are handmade with care. Due to the nature of small-batch, handmade work, all sales are considered final

 

Shipping & Liability

Once your order has been shipped, Meilin Ceramics is not liable for any damage, loss, or delays caused by the shipping carrier.

Responsibility for the package transfers to the shipping carrier once it has been sent.

 

Insured Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photo evidence of the damage and packaging.

Refunds for damaged items are only available if shipping insurance was purchased at checkout.

If your package was insured, a refund will be issued once damage is confirmed through submitted images to the shipping carrier.

 

Uninsured Packages

If shipping insurance was not selected at checkout, Meilin Ceramics is unable to offer a refund or replacement for items damaged in transit.
