About Me

I am a Chinese Canadian ceramic artist and educator based in Vancouver. I began working with clay about five years ago and fell in love with the tactile experience of clay. 

Through my work, I hope to create more than objects—I hope to create connections. Each face, each vessel, carries pieces of my past, my culture, and my experiences, while inviting those who use them to bring their own stories and memories into the space. Handmade, intimate, and imperfect, these pieces exist to be lived with. They are an offering of presence, resilience, and memory, and a way of sharing a small part of my world with yours.
